  I've been reluctant to post this review of Wellington Retreat but a call from them today asking me to join an alumni event triggered me.
  I would caution anyone who is looking for help to become a client of Wellington Retreat.
  Starting at the top with it's CEO and Medical Director Dr. Robert Moran. He is perhaps the most narcissistic, conceited, egotistic, vein person I have perhaps ever had the unfortunate opportunity to have met.
  Last year I was suffering from depression and unfortunately was prescribed too many of the wrong medications (not by Dr. Moran) that caused me to have a manic episode that unfortunately ultimately put me in jail for 5 weeks. After jail I was released to Wellington Retreat for "treatment", that is when the fun began. It's sad when you go to a place to get help and come across a staff of people that are more scared to keep their jobs than help their clients because of the ridiculous mind of Dr. Moran. The staff including Dr. Kantrowitz, Clinical Director Stacey Hodges, Therapist Cassey Laforge (a real fn btch} and Therapist Kaelonni Dorcius (animal with a total lack of compassion) are just cronies and are worried about keeping their jobs.
  I was lucky that I met one of the Therapists as she was leaving Wellington Retreat that couldn't work there anymore because how ridiculous this place is. She cautioned and advised me to get the hell out of this place as soon as I can and filled me in on how this place really runs.
  After the first few weeks I was actually begging my attorney to have me put back in jail, that is how bad this place is. I had never been in jail, nor do I ever intend of returning but compared to Wellington Retreat jail is a vacation.
  Each morning there is community group therapy for 3 hours that is basically the Dr. Moran show. Everyone just sits there, including the staff and is verbally, mentally and phychologicaly abused. This is pathetic and complete torture for three hours each day.
  For a treatment facility, the people there are cruel, lack compassion and seem to work from a place of fear of loosing their jobs.
  Search a little deeper on the internet about Dr. Moran and you will be surprised.
  I would caution anyone who seeks treatment to even consider Wellington Retreat.
  I was just going through some papers and came across this "Moran Dollar" Could you believe this guy, what an egotistical megalomaniac he has to be to put his face on a dollar.

  I am a medical student rotating at this site and I could not be more impressed by Dr. Moran and his staff. They truly take the time and make so much effort to provide each and every patient the best possible care. Dr. Moran is such an intelligent man and always has the patients' best interests in mind at all times. I feel so grateful to be learning from the best!
