    Very clean and quiet park. I've met about 6 or 7 people living there, and all were super friendly and warm!

    Raise rent astronomically every year. Make it very hard to resell home due to renter “standards”, so you cannot sell your home you are forced into selling it back to them at a loss. Trap house cats and release them in state parks. Water is undrinkable from tap, comes out yellow. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY! You will be making a huge mistake!!
